Stuck window

Asked by GuruWZX61 Apr 17, 2018 at 07:37 PM about the 2000 Buick Regal LS Sedan FWD

I just bought a 2000 Buick Regal LS..  the driver
window went down but I cannot get it back up all
others work..  I can hear the motor but it just won’t
move upwards..  should I change Master switch or
the regulator?   Thanks
