My 1999 Buick Regal GSE has the same problem. I love the car and have had since it was new. You just have to wait sometimes to see the mileage, etc. I have heard it is a very common problem. It also has a "quirk" with the right turn signal going out frequently. Other than that, it is as reliable as the work day is long!

Hello Karesita, I also love driving the GS. It is the most fun I have hade behind the wheel since my '66 Mustang GT Fastback. Have you solved your dash light problem? If so how can I solve mine. I really don't want to take it behind the barn and shoot it.

No, I am sorry. I still have the intermittent dash light problem. Please don't shoot your Regal.
