2005 Buick Ranier low beam won't turn on

When turning on headlights, the low beams won't turn on... Fuses were checked
& seemed in tact..

There isn't a fuse for these, just the relay. Swap these 2 relay's shown in the picture. Do you have lights now? There's actually a recall for this issue, not all years are included, but does affect all years. Need a new relay and keep a spare in your glovebox. You've just experienced the most common problem on our platform there is.
