who makes the 2.4 (crys or mitsu)

I got a 90 mighty max, for a great price.  But the one spark plug is wet with oil and third gear is out... I am gonna replace both in the spring (I hate cold) hopefully with used lol lol.  Not sure who makes er and where to find the stuff to make my daily beater better
