my transmission  is moving in safe mode. How put in normal running?

Do you mean "limp" mode? I know Volvo has a "safe' mode too but either way you have to find out the trouble and get it fixed, it's not as simple as just putting it "back" to normal mode...the system has detected a fault somewhere

you need a new transmission neutral saftey switch , takes about 15 minutes to change it , and it is about $65
