Can i replace my 1.9 turbo v 40 Year 2000 with a

You can, but you're going to have to do some other modifications. From what I understand, your V40 has a 12t turbo, and there is a T4 model that was offered in Europe (and possibly Canada, I don't know) that had a 14t, which should be bolt-on. Either way, you're going to need some custom tuning.
