will a bad fuel rail sensor make the car run lean on bank 1?

i REPLACED THE FUEL RAIL SENSOR AND THE CAR RAN FINE FOR AWHILE....THEN I GET A CODE OF 2177.....SMOKED FOR VACUUM LEAKS. NO LEAKS. REPLACED MAF, CAR RAN WORSE THAN BEFORE, STALLED OUT...ANY IDEAS?

sounds like a bad spark plug. When was the last time you changed your plugs ? check your wires and plugs it sounds like the likely culprit to me. if not try taking hte sensor you replaced back and have it replaced and if it still does this then you can rule out a bad sensor
