randemly will not start crank senser went out been replaced new spark plugs 1 week later randemly will not start
65000 miles on it start at 50000 miles

you did nothing for the problem so far,i think a relay would be underhood for start somewhere, just guessing location ck. fuse manual page in book or print under plastic relay cover,sometime a relay slams closed but dose not connect the power flow as should do

Was ANYTHING electrical on the car changed shortly before the problem started? The Bosch electrical system is multiplexed. The entire thing works based on feed back frequencies. If a part was replaced with something other than the original Volvo part, then that is likely the reason for the problem. There are subtle differences between the different Bosch parts, too, depending on the brand of the car. The other thing it may be is the throttle position sensor, even if it tests out within spec. Again, to do with the feedback frequencies. Bosch has added so much complexity that they are almost the modern version of Lucas Electrics, and we ALL know what they were called!
