My ac is blowing hot air!!! Like
extremely hot. We have added
refrigerant and it’s not helping, the
compressor is turning though my
stepfather says he hears a chirping
sound ... but it’s get bursts of cool air
for a minute or two then right back to
hot

The bearing may be bad or the serpentine belt. Bring your car to a mechanic for best diagnosis.
