Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi so I recently purchased a 98 Chevy malibu and
ive noticed that when I accelerate it feels like the
transmission is dragging and it makes a loud

Should stop in at a transmission shop for proper diagnosis.

Hope that it isn' the transmission, that will cost you a few thousand to fix. Didn't you test drive the car before purchase?
