Transmission seems to be not shifting starting in drive slow moving engine revs

Sounds like the transmission is slipping. Check the transmission fluid level. Make sure the car is running. The fluid should be red like cherry Kool-aid. If it's low add accordingly a little at a time so you don't overfill it. If it's brown and smells burnt have it flushed. I highly recommend BG brand.
