How to respond to inquiry on my listing.

My listing shows that I have an inquiry. When I click on it, I get a dialog box saying to check my registered email. If I received an email, I can't find it. So, how can I respond to the inquiry?

I am having a similar problem. I am getting emails (to my registered email address) but when I look in my inbox in my profile to view them it is blank. So I cannot even confirm if the person inquiring even got my reply.

I REPONDED TO 4 SEPARATE ADVERTS, BUT HAVENT RECEIVED A REPLY FROM ANY OF THEM ... !!
