98 camaro

My Camaro sputters when you start it until I get it
moving. It sometimes shuts off and shuts itself off.
Once I get it moving its fine, but until then it sounds
awful. I think it may be a fuel pressure regulator but
not sure.

Yep it sure sounds like the fuel pressure regulator to me as well, check the fuel pump pressure as well..
