Blazer problems

I have a 98 blazer and had the motor replaced but
now i think the starter is bad  and it has no power
to anything. Also my wipers only work on one
speed and the sprayer doesn't even sound like it
turns on.

wow that's a lot of problems- mostly because the truck is 20 years old- are some of those problems related to the engine swap? ask the mechanic who did the work-
