How do I test or diagnose whether I have a turn signal relay problem or a hazard flasher relay problem

V6 The turn signals and the
hazard flashers quit
functioning and I need to
know what or which one
should be replaced.

Sounds like you have an electrical issue powering both circuits. Both relays being bad is slim, but possible on a 14 year old car. Have a parts store, mechanic or electrician check both relays.
