VW Beetle 2006

So I have a 2006 VW Beetle. I drove it without any oil Saturday & Sunday
and then Sunday evening I filled it up completely and today it was still full.
However, it stopped starting today after trying to jump it several times.
Unsure what's wrong with it, if it's the engine can someone give me an
estimate of what that would be? Is it even worth saving? Could it be the
alternator? After filling it up with oil Sunday I drove it Monday & Tuesday and
started it today and it was fine. All up until I came out of Walmart and it
wasn't starting anymore.

Running an engine without oil can cause it to seize, which would of course cause it to not start, but then again there are a million other things that can prevent an engine from starting. A bad alternator wouldn't prevent it from starting if you were getting a jump start. It would however prevent the battery from charging, and a really bad battery (say one with a dead cell) could interfere with a jump start. You'll need to let a mechanic look over your engine to see what is going on.
