Head light alarm

Asked by aviator_2452 Feb 16, 2017 at 09:00 PM about the 2002 Volkswagen Beetle GL

Question type: General

I have a 2002 bug that was hit in the drivers side door,
since I have gotten back from body shop the seat belt
alarm goes off and on after I have buckled up. When I turn
my headlights on a alarm goes off. It's the alarm that
would go off if you left the door open with lights on.
Neither one of these would go off before, even when I left
the lights on in the car. The auto body shop said they only
adjusted the wires to the mirror, which they saudered
together.

This would still be part of the insurance claim. Let your insurance company know you still have problems after the accident. Then you can take it in somewhere else, say the dealer to get the problem fixed.
