What is this?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello, I have a 2000 VW Beetle 1.8 Turbo

I recently had the water pump and the timing belt
replaced, the car has been running great. It's been
about a month since the work was done, car was
parked for two days and I came home to find a leak
under the front driver side. The fluid seems to be
almost clear and a little oily feeling, I can see
where it's leaking but I don't know what the part is.
It seems to have either came up out of the top of
the part and is leaking/dripping down my fans in
the front OR it's coming out of one of the lines. The
part has 3 tube lines going into it and some kind of
bwire harness in the top. What is this part??
