Check and clean anything that has to do with idle air system. Clean throttle bore and around throttle plate. Check the iac/idle air control. Any applicable trouble codes?

It’s the air idle valve on the top drivers side of your engine . There not expensive and easy to replace , sometimes all it takes is cleaning it out so it moves freely.

Mine did the exact same thing and it was the air idle valve on the top driver side on engine a wire was broke . It’s an easy fix to replace , some times they can be taken off and cleaned inside and they will work again.
