Sounds like you may have a bad slave cylinder or a bad clutch master cylinder. What happens when you start the car with the car in first gear with the clutch pushed all the way in?

It won't go into first had to pull the e-brake an hasnt went n to first sence so was taking off in second then went to take off an it got up to like 30 then SOMETHING slipped an the rpm's went up then slipped back in an the car wouldn't leave second till I got it home an shut it off.... Will start in nutrule with clutch pushed but won't go into gear then if u try to start in gear when u turn the key the car wants to roll foreword an wont crank fully like the clutch not disengaging

Yeah.. You have a bad slave cylinder or a bad clutch master cylinder. I had that happen to a couple of times to me when I had my cavalier. If it is the slave cylinder, just get the full clutch kit and just replace all of it together. If it turns out to be the clutch master cylinder, it is much easier to reverse bleed the system from the slave cylinder with a fluid pump.

Inspect the slave cylinder (should be located in the bell housing. Just backtrack the line from the master cylinder. If the slave cylinder is not leaking.. Your chances are good that the issue is the clutch master cylinder.
