Do you mean WHEN you put it in park or WHILE its in park, you can program them to unlock WHEN its put in park. Before we go blaming the BCM, lets try and experiment, disconnect all 3 lock switches(driver door, passenger door, and back door area (if its a late 1999-2003 body style) and see if the problem persists, if it does, it's likely your BCM or wiring is bad, if it stops you likely have a switch problem. Also, take the batteries out of your key fob.
