can I pull a teardrop camper with my BMW z3 convertible 2.3??? it weighes about 800lbs

I would think it's possible, but not advisable. Your BMW, while a world class car, is not a daily hauler. Your vehicle is not made for this type of driving. Your choice!

Thats if you can get a trailer hitch for it. But I still would not advise towing with it.
