1999 Chevrolet Cavalier Wont Start up again

One day I shut it off for about 15 mintues when I tried to start it again it wont not
start. It wont turn over none of the lights show up no radio no nothin. my starter
is good and so is my radiator. I thought it might be the battery because the
power for my battery read as low. Bought a brand new battery and still nothin.

Check your battery cable connections at both ends. Make sure everything is clean and tight. A catastrophic failure such as this is going to be battery related. Hope that helps! Jim
