I have a 99 cavalier it turns over but won't start
changed the ICM, crank sensor, cam sensor, pcm,
ignition switch,and  oil pressure sensor still have
no spark and no injectors what could it be

First thing comes to mind is a bad ECM,or if car has antitheft system and is armed.
