What is the best way for R&R of a 1999 2.2L motor?

I'm looking for the best way to remove the motor out of my Cav.
some say out the bottom and some say out the top, some say with trans and some say without.. I would like to just take the motor.

drop the k member. its the fastest way to remove it.
