Idle Issue

Recently started to have a Idle issue after engine comes to temp, at stoplights RPM's drop to 600 and car has definite miss and "popping sound" as tach bounces, I have done diagnostic on Dist, cap, rotor, wires, coil, connectors, O2 sensor, TPS, etc. The last thing I need to check I hope is the Idle speed control valve.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

do the self diagnois on the ecu and it will give you a code
