Headlights?? help?

the headlights on my 84 celica will go up but the right one wont turn on. we did change the housing and bulbs to hid. i checked the fuse box and found a 20 amp fuse when it say's it should be 15amp. is this change becuase of the hid's or did the guys who installed it just picked a quick fix cuz they didnt have the part.

Check the balast of the one of the hid who doesn't work. Or try to interchange them. So that you will find out Which is not workin, the bulb of the hId or the balast. There's no connection in the fuse.
