Passenger window wont roll up

Your vehicle had to have been in an accident or someone had to have attempted to break into your vehicle and bend the door frame. The door bends out of shape when it is closing putting pressure on the window and its mechanical parts. When you roll it down the window is traveling from a higher pressure on the parts to a lower to no pressure on the parts. When you attempt to roll it up, it is essentially being forced into an unnatural position that it was not designed to be in. When you open the door the pressure is relieved. It could also be that the rubber trim around the door is causing the pressure and binding of the door frame. Check that too. But for some reason there is a misalignment on that door. Go to the store and buy a can of silicone spray (not WD-40) spray that on the rubber guide trim of the window and let it dry. That should help a little, but you need to see why the door is binding off alignment when it is closed.
