Heat will not stop coming through the vents of my 99 Chevy Blazer

When I turn my heater off hot air still seeps out of the vents
even when I turn the thermostat switch all the way down to
66 degrees. Could it be the blend door actuator
malfunctioning? It's getting really hot so I need to address
this situation as quick as possible any advice would be
greatly appreciated.

Yes it sounds like your actuator is stuck open allowing the engine heat in.
