replaced timing belt,tensioner, etc. did not move crank or cam pulleys now timing off,hard to start sputters,??

Of course things are gonna move a little , seems drastic out of time,maybe I
wasnt carefull enough to keep timed, run through timing pulley marks , T>D>C

That's because you were supposed to set the timing first to TDC before actually taking the belt off or the tensioner. Now you will have to do it all over again and set the timing correctly. Sorry.
