Hello Marv-- Listen carefully. With two fingers hold in the two outside buttons on your homelink. The small light in the upper center will come on. When it starts to flash rapidly you have cleared any current codes. Then take your garage door opener and press the activation button while pressing any one of the three buttons on yur homelink. The light will flash on and off slowly. When it begins to flash rapidly again you have set the new code. With most new garage door openers you have to disable the roaming code feature before performing this procedure and then turn it back on when you are finished. Good luck from Bovan.
