how to fix no power to brakelight switch

don't have power on grey wire going to brake light switch which activates rear break lights

yes i figured that out o guru what i don't know is where the wire is supposed to get its power from so i can continue trouble shooting. the bulbs,wiring back to the bk Lts sw to the fuse and from the fuse to k6 relay is good .relays are functioning{k6 and k12}k12 has power going through its contacts and coil k6 has power to coil but not to the contacts. the only info i can find on this circuit is that its power comes from circuit 15 shows a termination point between there and brake Light swtch but not where the termination point is located
