I changed O2 S1 B2 air filter  fuel filter & MAF but the CEL came back on. Anyone know the spec for the O2 sensors voltage and %?

You are lucky !I know why ... Benz computer need time to read the new data from the new MAF , inorder to adjust the old reading . Riding after 75miles , warning light will start to go off. Just wait & see
