2000 chevy malibu, cranking but not starting

Asked by Kslim1 Oct 08, 2018 at 07:57 PM about the 2000 Chevrolet Malibu LS FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Chevy Malibu would crank but not start. Had the fuel pump
and filter replaced and it would start and ran fine for a
couple days. After having a leaking line fixed the car will
once again not start. New pump pressure was tested again
and works. I appreciate any insight and help!

Fuel is making it through the lines up to near the engine. I am confused because the car had started originally after the fuel pump was replaced, and after having a leaking gas line fixed, the car will no longer start. What are some common parts to go bad or cause this issue after the fix? Thanks again for any help, i definitely could use it.
