My car overheated i added water to cool
down. Now when i try to start it makes along
screech sound anyone might know what it is

You must have spilled coolant onto the serpentine belt. Just water would not make it squeal. The pulleys would have to be cleaned, and a new serpentine belt installed. You would want to check all the idler pulleys, and the belt tensioner also. If any of these are worn it would cause a squeal also.
