It's back by the firewall off center to the driver's side. It's a black plastic dome with a nut on the top. Turn counterclockwise to loosen. The filter is snapped into the dome and it can be rather difficult to remove. I fiddled with it for a while and finally grabbed by both ends and pulled (real hard). replace the orings and the filter and pop it back into the dome.
