My 1995 Mercedes c220 idle rough, engine shakes, loses power, no check engine light,
when I turn it off and on it is normal then starts to shake again

My 95 C class had the same issue. It turned out that it had a bad coil pack. I got mine from AZAUTOHAUZ.com if I remember correctly it was a factory part.
