comes on the radio coming but it want start
however I got under the car to see it the start
would turn over by touching the two bolts and it
then I got back into the car and tired to crank it and
it started right but only a few times afterwards I
would turn the key over and it hesitate or struggle
to start and it goes back to doing nothing when I

First I would try to tighten the bolts you touched if starter bolts are loose it is not getting a good ground to start the vehicle if it still does it most likely starter needs to be replaced.

If your Camaro is showing that the security light is on and you know the car will crank sometimes try putting some electrical grease on the key where the metal pieces come out the sides
