2003 Dodge diesel truck getting hot but only when slows down or stops. Found a small hose leaking green fluid, what could this be?

The antifreeze I use is the red/orange
colored one. So I know it's not that.
Also my ac cools while truck is in
motion but blows hot air when
slowing down or comes to a stop.
Could this leak be the cause??

If truck equipped with electric ac radiator cooling fan check to see that its on when truck at an idle and ac is on. It should be on. If its not on that's where I would start. With the green color leaking my ac man installs a green colored dye in the ac lines so that if it ever leaks it will be easy to find. Trace line down to see if it is connected to ac system. Thanks Dandyoun! So far your help has been good for me. I checked the fan while truck is idling with ac on as well & it is working. I had my son rev up the engine with the ac on & noticed the puff of smoke every few seconds. I got underneath my truck & I think I've found my problem. There's a small short hose underneath the compressor that seems to be leaking this green fluid. Now here's my problem..I don't know if the hose can be replaced or if I will have to purchase new compressor, but looks like it has hose clamps on each end. What do you think? Btw I'm a single mom & have to do alot of my repair work myself when possible. I'm just sayn bc I don't want you guys out there thinkn I'm a moron. I'm just tryn to keep down the cost of the repair down. Thanks in advance!
Does the small hose hook to the compressor? Does the end of the hose look silver/alum. in color? If so trace hose out. There should be either one bolt or nut one each metal end of the hose that holds it in place. If that's so you should be able to remove nut/bolt and the hose will easily come out. Can not repair but can get a new one at auto parts store. Make sure the new one has new o rings on it. Install it and then go to ac shop have them pull a vacuum on system. If no leaks detected have them recharge the system. My ac guy does not charge to pull a vacuum to check for leaks and only charge $50 to fully charge the system.

your eng. cooling fan may be turning, but not LOCKING IN, If you can spin the fan by hand,Without eng. running. and it just spins, fan clutch is bad. this may be why A/C is poping off. there is the little valve on the compressor that pops off when ac head pressure gets too high. High head pressure is a result of not enough air passing across ac condensor. the condensor is the thin looking radiaton in ft. of eng. radiator.
