2003 dodge 2500 truck getting hot

But only when slows down or comes to a stop. Also ac cools as long as truck is moving.
When slows down air gets hot. What could be the problem? Had a new clutch fan put in
yesterday.

My 2007 has a clutch fan and an electric ac fan. Does yours also have the electric fan? If so it should be coming on when ac is on. If its not coming on that's where I would start looking. My electric fan motor quit working and my ac would get hot and turn off when at an idle or slowing down in traffic.
