Why wont my speedometer work?

I have replaced both speed sensors on my 2500 dodge diesel 4x4. My speedometer is still not working. My abs light is on as well.  Any ideas?

theres another speed sensor on the rear axle on the differential in addition to the two on the hubs in the front. the rear one is typically the one used for the speedometer.

fuse for abs speedometer millage and abs are all on the same fuse
