Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We have a 2005 Ram 1500. Heat is very weak in temperature. Warmer air
blows out of two passenger side dash vents than any where else. What can we
look at?

Broken heater doors that dont open anymore or partially open. Extract dash 2.5 hrs, drop column unplug wire connections on sides remove nothing from dash comes out as a unit other that pillar covers and entry handles two 15mm each side four ten mm if you have a 5 speed there is wiring in this area so when pulling dash just lean on to seats there are 4 8mm screws front of dash discharge A/C remove heater inlet outlet. Remove 4 10mm nuts on fire wall side remove bracket in front of said nuts as the bracket covers the securing fasteners. Unplug blend motors on heater box wiggle heater box I believe there are 2 10mm screws on the inside on heater box exterior. Disassemble heater box broken parts will reveal them selves.
