05 dodge ram SLT 4x4 engine problem

This question is about my 2005 dodge ram SLT quad cab 4x4 with that infamous 4.7 pump motor.  

Im trying to see how much i should ask when selling this truck being that the truck's motor needs some major repairs or replaced.  
I haveny got my eyes on them yet but I've been told its either the loose timing chains or maybe its a thrown rod.  Whatever the cause, the motor sounds absolutely terrible with a loud metal clanking sound. It will still run and can drive, but its way too embarrassing to drive now, even if i had to i dont think i would try.   
Always kept the oil up.  Over 115k miles on the 4.7 v8, and its always seemed to use alot of oil (wasnt leaking oil or smoking)   However, it was a bit low on oil the day the motor problem happened.
*The truck has a color matched camper shell with the locking toolboxes on each side.
Anyways i appreciate any feedback giving me a ballpark guestimate on what price i should shoot for when i try selling the truck.
