I need to know the value of my 1989 Dodge ram 1500 half ton pick up with a
318 without the transmission its been removed but that's all it needs

A 35 year old Dodge missing a transmission is worth about 2 cents a pound

The 1980s, pre-OBD, was a terrible era for American cars, and that's especially true for Chrysler products. I'm surprised your truck made it twenty years even babied. As is, your truck has only scrap value. I suggest you comb salvage yards or find a benevolent transmission shop and replace the transmission. If the rest of the truck is nice, you might get a grand for it. But then, you'll likely have to spend more than that to fix the problems.
