Random misfire

I have a 2004 Ram 1500 with a random misfire code
and a check engine light on. It only runs rough
when the engine isnt up to temp. I’ve put brand new
spark plugs in, and changed coil packs and it still
does the same thing. I also noticed that the throttle
body gasket is ripped in half so idk if that could
cause the fuel-air ratio to be thrown off and for that
to be the issue or O2 censors or what.
