Excessive vacuum in crankcase

2004 dodge ram 1500
5.7 hemi. New intake
manifold, egr valve,
pcv valve, map
sensor, clean air
sensor, plug coils and
plugs. Still have
extreme vacuum from
the crankcase vent
tube and truck will
start but runs terrible
and sounds like it is
misfiring. Also has
new fuel pump. I am
lost. Please help

Okay, I found the issue. When the EGR failed it ran the hot gas back into the plastic intake manifold and caused it to melt a hole on the inside where the pipe connects. It was nearly impossible to see without taking the manifold off.
