What is causing my brakes to lock up

My brakes keep locking up all four wheels will not move

Does truck have ABS front or all? If so bad wheel speed sensor, Bad wheel bearing, collapsed rubber brake hose, air in lines, old clogged metal brake lines. Seized caliper.

Replaced master cylinder? New not remanufactured. Inner seals could be leaking on bore. May not see fluid leak as leak could be internal.
