Why does my truck crank but no start?

Everything was fine until after I pulled my engine and rebuilt it. Reinstalled it. It
wouldn't start . I put new sensors in still no start.i dismantled the fuse box
cleaned sent the pcm in have it checked and put new fuel pump in . New
battery. 5 months and still no start. I checked the coils and injections getting
fire . still no start

If you have fuel pulse and fuel spray from the injectors and also have spark at the plugs then something is wrong with the basic engine. Cam timing, weak compression,etc.
