02 dodge ram 5.9 weak spark

02 dodge ram bought about 2 months ago thinking easy
fix it ran just not great. Had some missfire codes and the
p0601 so ordered a pcm and did some little things to it
while I waited. Well a few days till pcm is supposed to be
here it doesn't wanna start. It always started religiously. So
I chalk it up to old one finally crapped out. So new crank
sensor, iac valve, pcv, plugs, wires, and cap and rotor and
new pcm finally shows So hook it up and nothing. Same
thing so I go get an inline spark tester from autozone and
now I got a weak spark, what am I missing? It smells like
ots flooding out when cranking and it'll crank till j needs
jumped. All guages are working pcm acts like ots working.
I'm stumped.

Spark was orangish it doesn't seem to do anything different when i swap pcm back
