02 Dodge Ram 5.9 no spark

After changing plugs, rotor, cap, wires, cam sensor, ignition coil, crank sensor, and finally pcm still no spark.

The PCM I put in it came out of same year truck with everything as mine. But with this PCM my security light is on and I imagine it's locked. I do have acces to the ECM of the other truck. Am curious if I should install that as well. Maybe the PCM doesn't want to marry my ECM
